Be
patient, do not set your goal too high.

are not going to lose all your unwanted pounds overnight. Remember
that a weekly loss of only 1 or 2kilos (2 to 4 pounds) adds up to
4 to 8 kilos (8 to 16pounds) per month.

eat less. You will also enjoy a better and easier digestion.
Drink
water sensibly.
Your
thirst should be the only reliable indication of your body's need
for water. Therefore it is not necessary to drink huge amounts of
water. Whenever possible try to avoid alcoholic beverages and soft
drinks. Reach for a glass of water instead. Drink a glass of water
15 minutes before meals; this will help reduce your appetite .

on your diet, use smaller dishes (plates, bowls, glasses)

shop for food when you are hungry.
