On the average I lost half a pound per week.
I had two babies, one after another, and both times my weight went up to 205 pounds. The first time I gained 45 pounds, the second time, 55. I left the hospital weighing 192.5 pounds. At only 5'2" and size 15-16, it was pretty hard to find clothes. Plus sizes would be too long and regular sizes too small! Nothing seemed to fit. I had to wear my maternity clothes even after the babies were born. I felt frustrated.
I wanted to lose weight to feel better about myself
I was feeling lousy. A week after my second baby was born, I started to pay attention to what I was eating and to exercise a little bit.
