always had a weight problem. I am 5'3" and before having babies
my weight was about 220 pounds. |

After my second baby, I hit 310 pounds. I wasn't even able
to fasten my seat belt in the car. It was getting dangerous.

I had two
babies, one after another, and by the time I left the hospital
with my second baby. |

I weighed 192.5 pounds. At only 5'1" it was pretty hard to
find clothes. I had to wear my maternity clothes even after
the babies were born. I felt frustrated. I wanted to lose
weight to feel better about myself, to have more energy and
to be able to set an example for my kids. |
