Sit up straight on a chair, feet flat on the floor 12-16 inches apart, hands on the nape.

Inhale through your nose and lean forward, exhaling through your mouth, keeping it half-open.

Straighten up, inhaling through your nose, and return to the starting position.

Do 2-3 sets of 15 repetitions each. This exercise should be performed slowly, with 30-second rest after each set.
